Kathy

Kathy manages customer service for the CCi Voice New York office. She has over 22 years of experience in customer relations and is always friendly and caring when dealing with customers over the phone. Kathy is in touch with our clients’ needs and assigns the best engineer to address any issues. She has been with CCi Voice since 2011. Our staff considers her the “mom of the office” when it comes to who is visiting which customers and when. 

 

Kathy and her husband Ron live in Medford, NY, along with their two kids Stephanie and Ron Jr., and their dog, Brantley. A typical “Football Mom” attending any and all of Ron Jr.’s football activities when he was in high school, and now the same for college. When not at the office, Kathy is an avid runner, goes to the gym at least 5 times a week, and holds a 3rd degree Blackbelt in Shorin-Ryu Karate. Kathy also loves to shop and take Brantley for walks.
