About Chris
Chris is our Chief Technology Officer and has been with CCi Voice since 2007. He has a master’s degree in computer information technology from Central Connecticut State University and holds a master’s degree in archaeology from Warsaw University in Poland. He has been working in the IT field since 2003 with a primary focus on VoIP. However, in recent years, his focus has been building and maintaining the scalability and reliability of the Cumulus Communications hosted phone service platform, with clusters of servers in redundant data centers using ten overlapping, “tier 1” Internet providers. His true passions are “up-time”, “five 9s of reliability” and maintaining very high voice quality, hallmarks of a reliable, quality telecom carrier. Chris created or assembled many of the cloud technology tools that ensure these standards are met.
Chris lives in West Hartford, CT, with his three kids and wife, Julie. Chris loves a good technological challenge—and the CCi staff loves to throw them at him!
