About Beth
Beth serves as our Director of Customer Experience (CX), but routinely assumes the Client Services role as the need arises. With CCi Voice since 2011, Beth’s favorite part of her job is the opportunity to engage with the incredible variety of industries our clients represent. From larger corporations to independent and public schools and many caring nonprofits, her job is never boring. From the first moment of contact through every step of the sales process and beyond, the relationships she develops are her true passion—and our clients are inclined to agree. They universally love to work with Beth and admire her compassion for helping customers.
Beth has a BA in history from UConn. She and her husband Rick live in Newtown, CT, and they have three children. During her off hours, Beth likes to walk, run, garden, and read the weekend paper while drinking multiple cups of coffee.
